I have had to get a new password everytime I've logged off. With the new password it lets me log on. When I try to log in says their is no account for this email address/username or password. Where do I go for help? Thanks.

Did you try login in with your "handle". I saw something somewhere mentioning to use the "handle" rather than the username.

I have had no issues with loggin in. You are probably just experiencing a temporary kci error.This is the greatest signature EVAR!
