Lots of grease issue?

I'm going to try to cook about 12 racks of ribs at once for a party on the 14th. How do I go about it? I have an XL. I guess they will be standing and need to be rotated around. My biggest concern is handling all the drippings? Any suggestions?

a couple of regular drip pans will be fine, you won't get that much grease off of ribs
