First Tri-Tip MBR Santa Maria VS Dr BBQ?!?

EggHeads,

I was admiring the meat in the butcher window at Genes Sausage Shop here in Chicago when I stumbled across my first Tri-Tip. I've frequently read about how the forum loves the cut so I made up my mind to buy one and try it out.

Only problem is I cant seem to track dow what appear to be everyones favorites recipes...Morro Bay Rich's or Dr BBQ RUB.

Ive searched the forum as well as the recipe section without success, I only found old links to dead or broken web pages...I would love to compare the two and decide which recipe suits my individual taste best, thanks in advance for your time and effort!
