What to do with a couple of small pieces of Hanger? I know, marinate in a little Dale's sauce and wrap with Bacon! Cored a Vidalia Onion, crammed a bullion cube in the hole and packed w/ butta! Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks on all of it
