Best way to cook Beef Round Sirloin Tip Roast ?

I have a nice Beef Round Sirloin Tip Roast 4# that I plan to cook. What is the best method? I thought it might be nice to marinade it first and then roast in the V rack but for how long and at what temperature, so that it is very tender?
Any help is appreciated, as we are new to cooking on the Big Green Egg.
