New Rutland and some Roo!

Just put a new Rutland gasket on my egg with some permatex (thank you naked whizz and rrp) as the original burnt off during a pizza cook. I also cooked some kangaroo steak, it was delicious, didn't get a pic of the inside but it was cooked medium rare, delicious!

Hey that's a nice job with the new and improved gasket. Looks like there is nothing on the dome, I suppose no need to have anything there. Now you can bake pizza without the worry.

It tastes unique, a little gamey at times but not over powering, it has very little fat content, and is delicious when cooked just right!
