Turning off the egg
Options
First use of the large green egg which was assembled by the dealer. The stainless steel draft dorr was not attached during assembly. So, I can not turn off the egg. Also, no stone between the grill and the table. Any suggestions on turning this off?

Call your dealer. The metal adjustable vent cover on the bottom is standard on BGE's not an option. If they don't take of it then call BGE direct.
