Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

The July/August issue of Cook's Illustrated had an article on Grilled Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. I tried the variation stuffed with artichoke, porcini mushrooms, parsley, sun-dried tomato, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, spinach and lemon:

I made Nicky's Sunshine State Chimichurri sauce, from this site, to dip it in, steamed artichoke and salad to round it out. I was kinda surprised how quickly the pork cooked, I don't have much experience with pork on the grill. Nom!
