A 50/50 mix of 85/15 ground beef and Jimmy Dean's sausage with sage (figured the sausage had enough fat to compliment the leaner choice of beef). Made 4 patties of 1/2# each. Gonna sprinkle with Dizzy Dust and grill to medium-ish. I'll saute thick slices of Vadalia onion on the side and then put the whole thing together on toasted, kaiser, poppy seed rolls with mayo & ketchup. Just the thought of it has my juices flowing!!
