Here you go Doug:


First brown up taters in the wok, then add and brown up sausage. Then add onions, then add about 6 scramble eggs with some of your favorite rub. As the egg are cooking keep flopping them, and your favorite cheese to it, I like using good old American cheese. Let it melt threw all that. Warm up your tortilla add egg mixture and salsa on top. You can add veg. I don't.

Taters: Good had full.
Sausage: Italian Two Links Separated {Crumbled}
Onion: 1/4 chopped/
6 Eggs: Scrambled.
Cheese: Good six slices.
