Exactly!!
Well the ribeye was a 2.5 pounder and my wife and his gf have small appetites so there was more than enough food to go around!
(not to mention the 1 pound burgers we had for lunch) -
of course...i almost puked when his gf asked to put ketchup on hers...

NOOOO!!!! Tell me you refused politely... -
I told her we didn't have any...which got a weird look since we had burgers (w/ ketchup) for lunch.
So my wife went and got it from the fridge while I tried to regain consciousness. -

axrowland, unfortunately they didn't all get finished at the same time...I mistimed it.
I seared the steak at ~600* for 4 minutes a side then closed the vents and got it down to 400* for another 30 minutes flipping it once. Pulled at internal temp of 135*
For the potatoes I cheated and microwaved them for 10 minutes, a little EVOO, salt, pepper, and wrapped in foil. Threw them on the egg w/ the steak at 400* and they were done after only 15 minutes on the egg so I pulled them. Put some homemade chipotle butter/cheese/bacon on them...awesome!
...and me being me I asked her if she wanted ketchup on her potato! HA! -
congrats...
everything looks
aweeesome!!!
