Go to eggbythebay.com. Look under 2011Eggfest. There you will find a description of what one can expect at a very well run Eggfest. Smitty really knows how to run one.

Great thanks for the info

If it is anything like the Eggfest that was put on by Eggs By The Bay expect great food and tons of knowledge. If it is hosted by your local Egg dealer he should have some stuff for sale. Talk with any of the nice people who are cooking. If you like there food ask questions they will be more than happy to explain how they cooked their food. I learned a lot and got some recipes from some of the cooks.. You won't leave hungry..

Good morning the NH egg fest is a bit different from the other fests in that is held by the New England distributor. It is a smaller fest and there are not any out side venders like some of the other fests do. But anything you need that is done by BGE is there and in bulk. they hold it right at their warehouse so everything is handy. there are about 400 - 450 people and I am not sure what the cooks count is this year but if you go away hungry then you are a very picky eater LOL like all fests the excitement level of the egg and meeting everyone it way up there. tons of info and help to be had. we will see you there! and I am Julie, look for the old camper
