Took the leftover spicy andoullie and ground it up.

Added flour. Browned then some milk and salt.

I had 2 frozen biscuits to throw on. All on the medium.

Still very peppery, but good.

I'm not big on pineapple, but B&G is one of my fave's. Yours Look Delicious!
Frozen biscuits are probably the best shortcut item commonly available, IMO. -
Biscuits & Gravy?? A new for me, can just imagine a distinctive full flavour must try it sometime Molly.
-
Beli?? you have never had biscuits an gravy?? that is Neils most fav breakfast in the world!! you have ot give it a try sometime. just brown up your sausage and add flour to thicken and milk to thin... better yet is you can do it the night before and reheat so the flavors all meld. basicly a white sauce with sausage. scooped over hot fresh biscuits

Thanks Kent. Any chance of seeing you guys in Denver this year?

Hahahaha, my exact thought Julie, you haven't lived till you have had biscuits an gravy!
Be careful Beli, they are one of the most addictive things known to man and have been known to clog many an artery!

I am not sure, I was hoping to hit Eggs By the Bay and also drive over to Denver or up to Thirdeye's neck of the woods.
However, I need to pay for a transmission for the Jeep on Monday or Tuesday. All the fests are going to depend on how much fun that will be.
I finally figured out what Jeep stands for. Just empty every pocket. I love the G. Cherokee but dang the repairs have been often and very expensive.
We are going to hit hith 80's today (the snow melt is going to cause a lot of flooding) then another cold front comes in and back down to low 60's according to the weather guessers.
I am guessing you are having some nice weather also. Wondering, have you been hiking lately?
Be well kiddo. Kent -
I thought SOS was chipped beef with gravy on toast....?
-
Molly,That looks yummy.I guess it's all those hikes through the foothills that keeps you so skinny young lady!

Yum Molly! Larry's favorite breakfast indulgence.

Yep, you're right, Bacchus. At least at Ft. Sill it was. Maybe Mickey was at one of those gourmet posts like Ft. Hood. :laugh:__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious

I was supposed to go to Wyoming on the 18th this month to cook with Wayne and buddies. found out 2 weeks ago onee of my step sistas is getting married that day. Now I am cooking for that. Making lists today.
I hear you about car trouble, hitting here as well. Time for a newer older one...
88 here now. Snowmass and a few other peaks are loaded with snow still. Some areas you can't get to. Quick melts are not a good thing.
Hiked yesterday, they will be much more often now that the weather has settled.
Hope to see you guys.
Be well.Molly

Yep, you aced it, Bacchus; that's real SOS. Except in most mess halls I've dined in, it was actually browned ground beef and white gravy over toast. Either way, with plenty of Tobasco Sauce, I can live on it.

Cookin' Biker: How did I miss this earlier?? Great use of leftovers, and truly may be my favorite breakfast on the planet! (I'm SO glad I moved South! Had never heard of such a thing in uptight New England! ) Looks great!

Southern comfort at it's best

Interesting VI. My Dad was stationed at Sheperds AFB in Wichita Falls, TX which looks to be about a 4-iron from Ft. Sill, OK. I was born there and lived until age 5. I wonder if that is where the parents learned of SOS....

Looks tasty to me! B&G is mighty good.Large and Small BGE * www.quelfood.com
