We attended the 05/24 "All American Barbecue Recipes with Ray Lampe" / Dr BBQ class at headquarters. YUM.
FYI- they were filming portions of the class & said it was for use on the company website. Not sure yet exactly where they will post it- in the Academy class section or in the videos section or where. Keep an eye out for it.
