  • I just sold my XL and bought a medium ($599). With nest, plate setter, baking stone, etc. it was about what I sold the XL for, which was only used 6 or so times. The XL had the plate setter, baking stone, reducing ring, nest, 1/2 rack and 1/2 stone. I was happy for the about even trade, but lost on the XL, gained on the reduced cost of charcoal and time saving for just the 2 of us! I do my big cooks on a pellet grill so the medium is perfect for the hot/high cooks of steaks and pizza, etc.
