Jerk wings and Mussels

A nice easy meal that has become a weekly request :laugh:
Great for watching the game with a few brews
Some pics
The mussels were cooked up with some green onion,shrooms, garlic,white wine and butter

Finished with a little cream

Served with warm bread...yum

The dip for the wings was a 50/50 mix of sour cream and mayo. Great for the heat :evil:

Nice looking mussels. Have you ever tried New Zealand Greenlips? They are a little large and firmer. Here is a dish I like to make when in an oriental mood, great for company.

We are limited to PEI mussels which can be hit or miss. We have been very lucky lately with the quality
