Don't know that I've ever really checked...probably 350 - 400 or so at regular grid level on the Large.....raised grid on the Small and Mini. Get good cook on first side then flip once. Repeat...and then often I will shut it down a let them dwell a while.

I hear ya man. Saw this thread and just had to have two burgers with imported provolone, sautéed onions and my favorite mayo/dijon/chopped chives spread. Delicious!!
