Chicken Thighs..

Prepped some (with bone & skin) using Raging River and others with Shakin' the Tree. Had them in the fridge for an hour but will have to grill 'em soon. Wondering.. Can I pull them @ 165 or do they need to go to 180 or so. Thank you!!~~

    Anything above 165 will be done, it is a question of what texture you are going for. Closer to 165-175 will be firmer, as you get hotter it will become more like a "pulled" chicken and start to fall apart easily.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
