IT IS NOW WORKING AGAIN
...after taking a really critical look at my first couple of attempts with my cookbook I was pretty disappointed in the formatting, the number of errors, the mixed fonts and the number of things I had left out.
So, I spent the winter weekends updating every single page. I also added about 50 new pages of recipes, fun facts, an introduction, et al.
Most of the pictures have been reformatted as well so this version of the book is now just over 250 pages and is MUCH better than the original, and of course, IT IS FREE !!!!
This version is dedicated to my Wife Jenny for our 26th Anniversary Tuesday (same day I have surgery! ouch).
This is a 155mb file so it will download (its on Drop Box) in about 10 minutes on DSL for reference. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have in preparing it for release.

The Emile Henry cookware says it can go to 500 degrees. How has your pizza stone faired if you cook your pizza above that temperature?

I cook pizza at 500 plus at the dome, I'm sure that is way over 500 degrees at the stone.
And that is what the site says but I've cooked all of these pieces at full flame with no problems so far. The dropbox site took 974 hits yesterday. I have a ticket in to get the hold released, sorry for the error message, but it is a free site, so I guess they can control use of bandwidth if they choose to do same.
