Found some country ribs in the for sale bin a few weeks ago. Original sticker was $7.10, reduced for $2.10.
My go to rub, Loveless.
An hour in.
Tater with butter, kale (nuked for 20 seconds) and avacado. Very good!
Wished I had ice cream for this. Apple and half of a mango with pineapplehead.
Snowed most of the day. High was 40's.
Off to a birthday party tomorrow. Richard wants a beer hunt. A beer hunt he will get!!!

It was an indirect cook at 300ish for awhile and bumped it up the last half hour. Reached desired internal temp about 3 hours in. Cherry and apple chunks. Fantastic taste!Molly

You Egg'd a mighty fine looking meal, but right now, I am lusting over your snow. We are so windy and dry down here :( I would welcome even snow.
We had a birds eye view from our hill of last sunday's grass fire that destroyed 10 homes and damaged 12 others , and since then, I have been really spooked about lighting the egg.
Have fun at the beer hunt...those hard boiled cans are hard to peel. :laugh:
