Rib eye\'s toped with Blue cheese, Balsamic Vinegar

I found these Rib eye's beautifully marbled at Costco. Seasoned with Southern Flavor Charbroil Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper.

Prepped the Ciabatta Bread with fresh Garlic Butter and Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese

Jackie was wrapping the Asparagus with Prosciutto to be grilled as an appetizer

Grilled @400* for 4-min. a side


Steaks on the grill @550* with Manzanita wood for smoke for 4-min. a side + until internal temp. 128* then topped with Blue Cheese until melted


Topped with Balsamic Vinegar and tomatoe

looks delicious! I really think blue cheese adds something to a steak and prosciutto wrapped asparagus is always a good thing.
