Today I cooked lunch and dinner on the BGE. Lunch was wings which I cooked on the mini then fried them in my new mini wok. They were deelicious...I marinated them in apple cider vinegar with lemon pepper rub.

I cooked them indirect at 325 for 45 minutes, then I fried them in my new mini wok. (thanks Judy M)
