Today I cooked lunch and dinner on the BGE. Lunch was wings which I cooked on the mini then fried them in my new mini wok. They were deelicious...I marinated them in apple cider vinegar with lemon pepper rub.
I cooked them indirect at 325 for 45 minutes, then I fried them in my new mini wok. (thanks Judy M)

Nope pat the "U" rock got buried a few weeks ago. Hopefully the Canes will do better now that it is buried.

We're still waiting for spring to arrive. My Yard kind of looks naked yet, but the birdies have arrived.
