I smoked a fattie this morning 250 dome with apple wood chips. Provolone cheese,sweet onion,mushrooms & scrambled eggs.

Here is a link on how to make a fattie. You can put in any number of things to make it a pizza fattie or sea food fattie just experiment at it and have fun
