My butcher got me some beautiful Wagyu ribs.
I lightly sprinkled DP Raising the Steaks on them
Six hours later.
These are extremely tender and juicy. I love my butcher!

I just had waygu for the first time this weekend. **** tender stuff and gorgeous marbling.

The only problem is they're hard to find. When my butcher de-bones a roast, he saves me the ribs!

Steve just same and bring one of the bones to Salado :PSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

OK.....so I know this is a shot from way out in the ruff....but on that 3rd pic down.....the left side of the meat going right. In between bone 1 and 2 does that fat look like the top of a skull? :ohmy:

You can tell from the juice still in them they were outstanding! Don't worry about the Geathering bring a rack for the after party in Oklahoma!!

They'd have to be cooking all day through the fest, but wouldn't that just be grand...
I cooked reelgems Wagu prime rib last year as steaks for the after party, there was so much fat in it the flames were uncontrollable.
They weren't the only uncontrollable things at that party :S
