Yeah, I seasoned it with garlic pepper.... then sprinkled on several pinches of some cornmeal based fish fry mix. I used less than a tablespoon of the fish fry. Then into a lightly oiled skilled until it hit 140°.

Of course the tail is there, and the other pieces are the belly strip, which is sort of fatty, but works well cooked this way.

At first salmon for breakfast did sound real good put fryed with a little crunch like that is sounding pretty dang good.
