Yeah, I seasoned it with garlic pepper.... then sprinkled on several pinches of some cornmeal based fish fry mix. I used less than a tablespoon of the fish fry. Then into a lightly oiled skilled until it hit 140°.
Of course the tail is there, and the other pieces are the belly strip, which is sort of fatty, but works well cooked this way.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -

At first salmon for breakfast did sound real good put fryed with a little crunch like that is sounding pretty dang good.
