We had an urge for chicken today. Sooo....we had chicken!
Some leg quarters for me and a breast with Dizzy Pig Raging River for Bonnie. With veggies, ala "The Chicken".
Dunked and getting wrapped. AZRP's "The Chicken"!
THen I egged a few wings.
I did the wings naked, no rub, no smoke. They were my best yet. Crispy ,with a great flavor. It's hard to beat fresh chicken.

I got some methods for you to use when my spice gets to you. I guess you will get the package by Thursday/Friday at best. I sent it last weekend and they said 10 days. Pics look great! -

Steve all good looking chicken.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

Elizabeth, I used AZRPs recipe called "The Chicken". It's on the Naked Whiz website. The coating is just plain flour.
