Last weekend Ross in Ventura posted pictures of his cook along with the recipe for a wonderful spatchcoked chicken. I had all the ingredients on hand so gave it a try. He was right, it was delicious, will make this again. Here is the link to Ross's post: http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&func=view&id=1050536&catid=1#
The raws, with added lemon zest
On the egg at about 400, sweet potatoes with Tsunami Spin & Pineapple Head in the foil pouch.
Plated with roasted Brussels sprouts.
Yesterday the temp was in the 70's and still warm in the evening. So fire grilled burgers were on the menu.
Mine with pepperjack cheese and an Ortega chili, his with cheddar and an Ortega.
Plated with some steak fries, yummy!

Amazing seeing the palm trees, mountains and snow in one picture.

I did not cook them on the egg, I have in the past and I'm not fond of a smoke taste on them. But you might be, give it a try!

I know! Crazy isn't it? But I think that will be the last of it. It is close to 80 today, warmer over the weekend.
