While I was in Quebec City this weekend I made a quick stop at the local supermarket to buy some Bomba.

It's great on Pearls! especially with some homemade chili - or leftover butt....
They changed the label?I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

hmmmm - that appears to be new labels compared to what has been around for a couple years or more. Does any one know if the new lids seal better "in shipping" than the former ones?Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Where can you order it from. Had a spoonfull at the Coop Christmas Party (Leroy was not looking) and would like to try 3 or 4 spoonfulls.... Have not seen it in Texas for sale.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

It makes a great marinade for shrimp or scallops. Stuffed mushroom caps with peccorino cheese and bomba is great as well.
