While I was in Quebec City this weekend I made a quick stop at the local supermarket to buy some Bomba.

Besides pizza, what are your favorite things to make with Bomba?

    They changed the label?

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

hmmmm - that appears to be new labels compared to what has been around for a couple years or more. Does any one know if the new lids seal better "in shipping" than the former ones?

  • boston_stoker,

It makes a great marinade for shrimp or scallops. Stuffed mushroom caps with peccorino cheese and bomba is great as well.
