Pretzel Question

I've got Alton Brown's recipe, and I've read the posts on here regarding pretzels. Maybe a dumb question, but you just use the pizza stone, no parchment paper, correct?

I used parchment paper on first batch and it stuck to the pretzels. Second batch cooked on the stone with a little flour. Let us know how they turn out!!!
