Western Style Rib Roast and marinade

This cut has a lot going for it. Theres some baby backs, some tenderloin, some shoulder in this. :woohoo:

Sooooo, going for a marinade to up the flavors. Here's what I mixed together along with some chopped garlic.

Made about half a cup. Placed the meat in a big ziplock and dumped the marinade in.

Thinking of smoking this like ribs in three stages. I'll post the results tonight!
