Made smoked deviled egg using my usual fresh ground pepper, horseradish, a little Tabasco, a touch of vinegar Smoked the yokes then mixed all together using miracle whip. Topped off with a bit of shredded extra sharp cheese and a slice of black olive.

One likes the miracle and the other mayo. I grew up on miracle, never had mayo in the house.

So, what is your choice Eggers, I know there will be some for each. I like mayo OK but it's got no zing for me.

Oh, I added a little spiced rum too. :whistle:

Thanks for the input and it matters now which you preferr, I'm just wondering.
