Dern Wayne. :ermm: All I've been thinking about since we last spoke was them ribs on steroids. They look ohhhhhhhh sooooo good. :P

I went to a local meat processor yesterday but he was closed. I'll try again later. I don't think he has meat for sale though. I think he does custom work. I will most likely have to get a hog to butcher. If that is so, I may have to go else where.
