Grilled Prime Rib, Texas Caviar, and Cole Slaw...





All went well with Andre Brune Cote du Rhone '07!

Burgers turned out well also (for future enjoyment!)

  • I have yet to try a Prime Rib on my egg. But as soon as it warms up I will be trying on.

    Actually, I'm batching it this week; thus, I did this just for myself...obviously, not all at once.

    It was a 4.8 pound standing rib roast.

    I ate one meal's worth (per the photo), refrigerated a small portion to go on a big salad today, and froze the remainder for future meals.

    That is one nice looking prime rib! :)

    Stike, I'm with you on the Le Seur petite peas, I absolutely hate them. My mother always fixed them when I was younger and I could never stomach the things. :unsure:
