That looks good enough to eat and drinkSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Actually, I'm batching it this week; thus, I did this just for myself...obviously, not all at once.
It was a 4.8 pound standing rib roast.
I ate one meal's worth (per the photo), refrigerated a small portion to go on a big salad today, and froze the remainder for future meals. -
That is one nice looking prime rib!
Stike, I'm with you on the Le Seur petite peas, I absolutely hate them. My mother always fixed them when I was younger and I could never stomach the things. :unsure:
