First dough. I'm twisting an edge. Easier than I thought.

I cleaned the medium. I could not get that egg over 400. That was frustrating. Ended up taking the pies 20 -25 min. to finish. I will use the large next time.
Second one.

Light alfredo.

Found this fresh rolled motz and prosciutto.

Lessons. Stretch the crust considerably more. Use the large for hotter temp. Get a peel. :whistle:

    Ooooo that pizza looks nice! I like it that way sans tomato sauce.
    AZRP taught me to roll dough between plastic wrap so dough will get thin without sticking to the rolling pin. I took it one step further and roll out on parchment, same method, then I trim the excess paper away with a scissors leaving the bottom paper to bake on. I get cracker thin pizza this way.

    Great tip Clay! For my first try I am pleased. It'll get better from here. This is the first time I used Caputo 00 flour. Not sure what should be different from reg flour. I have to read more on flours.
