I have been wanting to try lamb. Here are some interesting options:

The Moroccan leg of lamb looks outstanding. It is a fairly complex looking recipe.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
I was watching Man vs Food and he went to Oklahoma Joe's in KC. He smoked a brisket, then re rubbed the cooked point and then smoked it again for the burnt ends. I'm going to try that.

Smoked eggs
What could be better to start your meal than smoked eggs on an egg smoker? Hard boiled eggs, shelled, smoked with some wood chips indirect for 20 mins until light amber in color. You can serve in wedges or make a simple egg salad or deviled egg appetizer. I brush pita with oil and toast it over the coals, cut in wedges to serve with this.
