-
Looks like a winner! I've yet to egg a ribeye roast....hope to do so soon. I'll just drool over yours for now. :P
-
You'll get to see more friends in April at the Sunshine fest but the mini fest is more laid back. Just let me know when and I'll pick you up at Melbourne or Orlando with bloody marys in hand
-
I ate one and the wife had one, the dogs went on strike when the third one went in the fridge
-
Nothing to them one of the easier cooks. The only reason I did it was too much going on and the leftovers take care of a couple of days. I just kept the wireless remote with me to keep track of the meat temp and the egg did the rest. I do need to get on the dry age bandwagon one of these years and cook something that requires a little effort
-
looking good here, pool man!
gonna do ours this weekend
-
Hey e,it's so easy a Poolman can do it! :woohoo:  Sorry,I could'nt resist.

-
Don't be fooled the Poolman is a man of many talents
-
What else can you ask for? That is just plain fantastic....Just ate a sandwich with my leftovers, hot tubbed a slice (to avoid unnecessary brown-ness) and then toasted with some provolone and used a bit of ground horseradish as a spread....Oh Yeah!
-
So I've HEARD!

-
Yum! You are the Meat Man!Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Did Evans come by and drop that thing in the grass for you????

almost the same thing here Jerry. I ran it through the meat slicer, mixed up some horseradish, mayo and brown mustard and added some smoked provolone then cooked it like a rueben
