Transporting New LBGE

Hi Everyone,

I'm a rookie and need a little advise.

I'm living up here in MT. and I'm going to pick up a new LBGE about 70 miles away as soon as weather clears. The dealer already has it put together, kind of wish it was still packed. But that's the way it is.

Any advice to look @ in the initial inspection and any transportation advice would appreciated.

    Congrats on the Egg...

I'd test the lid all the way around with a dollar bill to make sure it is touching. Put the bill between the lid and base, close the lid, and pull - there should be resistance at at each spot.

I'd also make sure the band bolts were tight enough they have started bending.

As for transporting - put it in the seat of your vehicle and put the seat belt on it! That's all you need to do.
