I modified my recipe by cooking the hot dog on the EGG. Once a year I order my favorite Detroit chili from a place that supply's restaurants.

That is a must have when there. next trip have one. They also do a loose meat hamburger. Served in a hot dog bun the same way.

Looks fantastic! My mouth is watering. A good dog is hard to beat.
-
This is all in the chili. And you are only allowed to put mustard and onion. got to get a little better bun than Publix. The chili is the star.

Does this chilil taste anything like Cincinnati chili?
Thanks,
Randy -
I don't think so. I had Skyline chili and didn't think it was a big deal. That's all I have to compare.
-
R.............
I will post a pic of every one. -
Got plenty of it. I'll give you some.
-
You know where to find me.

Cincinnati chili is very very thin. Some of it actually has cocoa and/or cinnamon in it. I personally like Skyline chili but it's very different. Plus the hotdogs are basically the same size as 2 Vienna sausages linked together. Very very small.Large & MiniMax in Lexington, KY
