I bought a bunch of cheese to smoke for Christmas gifts but the weather isn't cooperating. It was 80 yesterday and that would only give me about 10 degrees to generate smoke. Never thought I would be hoping for some cooler weather. -RP

I have not done this myself, but have been following some of the recent posts. Looks like lots of people are doing this for xmas gifts .
Could you use a pan of ice in the egg between the smoke source and the cheese?
I need to type faster. Mississippi Egger stole my answer :P.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
