Prime rib bones

Bonus bones - added some smoke and sauce to the prime rib bones. It's kind of like a burnt end process with brisket but with bones instead :)

Put the prime rib bones back on the mini at 225 with some oak chips for smoke.

After +/- two hours added some blues hog
