Prime rib bones
Frank from Houma
Posts: 5,755
Bonus bones - added some smoke and sauce to the prime rib bones. It's kind of like a burnt end process with brisket but with bones instead
Put the prime rib bones back on the mini at 225 with some oak chips for smoke.

After +/- two hours added some blues hog

Plated with some cornbread and maters

Plenty of meat left on them. Mine never seem to make it to the next day :(

Frank very nice, they look so good. I like taking the bones and putting them in the crook pot and make a stew out of them. You get lots of flavor and the best tasting stew every. Nice job bud.. :cheer:

Looking good as usual Frank. Looks like you got a heck of a smoke ring on those things too. Nice pics.

Looks great, Frank.
After you eat them, save what's left until you have enough to make beef stock. Better than store bought !__________________________________________Dripping Springs, Texas.Just west of Austintatious -
