Nice looking spread. Those sprouts look pretty close to the way I do them. I love fresh sprouts.....Max's bad experiences being the rare not the norm.....the toxic damage that resulted may explain his constant mistaking pajama bottoms for everyday/eggfest wear..... :evil:

Wow lady, I seen lots of pictures in the past of a lot of Turkey Dinners threw out the years and yours looks like one of the greatest. I love the way you did the breast. There are so many different ways to cook your turkey on the egg and all good. Good Eats & have a happy holiday.

Michelle, thanks for opening the turkey gravy hotline.
I grew up on schmaltz, and to me I think you may as well use all the turkey essence found in schmaltz. I was able to render quite a bit of fat as they did not cut off all that lose skin around the neck.
lowercasebill recommended a splash of marsala which I added to half of the gravy.....so in attendence have to refrain from alcohol. -

Yes, my sister was there. She made Alton Brown's garlic and cheese mashed potatoes, homemade Parker House rolls, the pumplin roll, and the pumpkin pie.
BTW, I took that turkey platter and my plate shot in one second, but she still noticed, but didn't say anything. Maybe we have a truce? -
