I made it tonigh as well. It was a test run. Will do it again for Thanksgiving. John is spot on!

Here's my before shot (no after shot):

I was asked if I wanted the bone and I answered yes. No fighting or begging involved. And that was after I spilled Egret's entire cocktail.

I took it home and made mac and cheese with it - Yum!



I used the bone with fresh green beans.
