Boneless Turkey Breast. Best ever

The wife picked up a Boneless Turkey Breast last week, (injected) not real happy about that, but this was my first try at a turkye of any kind on the egg. indirect at 375 over a plate setter and drip pan on an XL till internal reached 160. got there a lot faster that I expected. but it was by far the best ever. No smoke taste and very moist done just right.

We are going away for Thanksgiving but I bet I know what I am making for Christmas dinner!

    Nice to hear that. Cooked a full turkey last time and we mostly only eat the breast because it was so moist. Decided next time to only cook the breast so I'm happy to hear that the result will be great.
