BGEWDE, Eggcellent looking feast! Good luck with your 13yr old disposal. My 2+ year old devoured a nice chicken this evening! I have a question regarding the dome gasket on your egg, seen in this pic. I am new to egging and the gasket on my large egg is stock. I like the custom job on yours and would like a contact to purchase and any info you have on adhesive, no-no's, eggtc. [p]Thanks for the pics and the help!

Lookin' REALLY good! [p]Too bad you can't buy steaks/meals of that quality, out. We had a big lunch with the boss this past week at Morton's Steak House in Minneapolis. One of my buddies had a Porterhouse that was $40 some bucks (for lunch?) just for the steak, not including anything else. His comment to me, "This doesn't come close to the egg!" I agreed. [p]My steak stacker (thin strips of steak alternated with red onions and tomatoes on a bed of lettuce with Bleu Cheese and vinaigrette... like a big kabob... was bland, except the red onions that took the top of my head off.. and I like onions. [p]Like I said, too bad they can't match the quality of the egg. That egg makes us look good![p]Thanks for all the pictures.[p]Mike in MN

Believe it or not, my 13 year old ate the entire tender tail and all of the potato. He truly is a disposal. At 13 years old he is 5'9" and weighs 215lbs. [p]The gasket on my egg is an aftermarket deal. I actually got it from someone that posts here. I just recently discovered that neither my wife or myself sent them the money. And since I dont know who I bought it from I need to post and get an address to send the money.[p]It was inexpensive, and made of fiberglass. The adhesive is transmission RTV or High Temp RTV. [p]Just post that you are looking for a good aftermarket replacement gasket and I am sure you will be over run with responses.
