Thanks E.I soaked em a bit in Kikomans Teriayki marinade,Cavenders Greek Seasoning,Louisianna cajun spice and Richard FL's Indian River Blend.Cooked em dirct on te CI grid @ 450 dome til they were 135-140 I.T.
