I did Google , and Ask dot com. I cannot do this on an Egg, so lets do this on the elec range. I need the grease, lard for something that WILL be cooked on my Med. I have several Iron Skillets and SS. Any hints will be Thankful. Thanks Ronnie.

google for "wet render lard." Basically, cube, boil, then cool, and scoop off top. Works well for fatty bits of chicken, ducks, and geese, too.

I make my own lard...been doing it for years.
I use it for all sorts of things. Re fried beans, pastries, frying hash browns or country taters..
Heck you can even make a nice white gravy with smoked sausage in it to put over home made rolls or biscuits.
I have even made soap.. -
