Recipe for Siroln Tip Roast

Need to find the best way to cook a 4lb sirlon tip.......

Here was my post a few weeks ago, and the responses.
I ended up making jerky and freezing the other 4 pounds.[p]Also got a tip from Jim Minion to sear it, and smoke it until internal is 130 for medium rare. Lots of flavor in that cut. CW had some great suggestions also.[p]Good luck
